Trade scenario 1: We’re still bullish overall on DXY but we can see price action is not yet ready to break from this range.
Ideally we would like to continue with the higher timeframe trend but we need to see a few more confirmations before we can gain confidence behind that idea.
We’re looking for a higher low to form above support at 92.500 followed by strong bullish setups.
Trade scenario 2: This week we do have the potential for price action to fall to the bottom of the range near 92.000 but for us to consider DXY full bearish it needs to break the range entirely and form a lower high below.
