This may seen a bit strange since we're below the cloud, but we have a lot of bullish signs so I'm looking for a breakout trade here. If we can get that bullish kumo breakout it will be a perfect time to enter as long as our other bullish signs remain. Keep an eye on chikou span, as long as it stays above price, I would expect this move to happen. we can keep a tight stop loss at the bottom of the cloud.
