We experienced issues with data reception from our primary provider on Sunday, Feb 26, at 18:10 UTC. which led us to switching to our secondary backup channel. Due to some technical difficulties, the switch took longer than expected, resulting in absence of data on TradingView charts. Issues were resolved by 09:10 UTC on Monday, Feb 27.
We thoroughly analyzed this setback and came to the conclusion that TradingView carries sole responsibility for the occurrence. We assure our users that we are taking measures to prevent such situations from happening in the future. We continue to improve the stability of our system, as well as means of notifying our users about current issues in a timely manner.
