Nairobi Securities Exchange comes to TradingView

Dec 20, 2022

It’s been a special year for our community of traders in Africa, full of exciting updates: integrating Velocity Trade, launching free real-time JSE data on both widgets and the platform, reaching one million users from Africa, and now announcing Nairobi Securities Exchange data is available to all of our members!

There are over 60 languages spoken in Kenya, but on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) everyone speaks the language of markets. NSE was founded in 1954, which makes up for over six decades of listing equity and debt securities. Today, it’s a leading African exchange providing world-class trading facilities, and its role in the Kenyan economy cannot be overstated it supports investments, financial data, and transparency, thus attracting both local and international investors by offering them exposure to the African market.

To get started, open the TradingView search box, type NSEKE: and see all available instruments for charting and research. This valuable data addition will serve as a gateway for all to the Kenyan capital markets.

This is just the start, and in 2023 we will look to build on the success that we’ve already achieved across Africa. We’re working hard to bring advanced tools, data, and features to everyone who has an Internet connection.

We hope you enjoy this new data, and we look forward to growing with everyone. If you have any questions or comments, please reach out.
