In this update, we take a look at the Bitcoin chart as well as the VTI (stock market), and the TOTAL chart (total crypto).
From this point, fowl play can be expected - be careful not to be overly bearish. Although it seems probable that we go lower, this entire play is clearly play for liquidity as we see drops all across the markets. What better play than to liquidate overleveraged shorts? This makes for a great bear trap, and then bull trap.
(A bear trap happens when your shorts are liquidated by sudden increase in price. A Bull trap happens by a sudden price drop and liquidation of your longs.)
From this point onwards, patience is best. Greedy players will be shaken out but patient players will make their profits when the reversal starts. You just have to be patient until then.
