CVS Health Corporation Options Ahead of Earnings

Looking at the CVS Health Corporation options chain ahead of earnings , I would buy the $87.5 strike price Calls with
2023-2-17 expiration date for about
$1.2 premium.
If the options turn out to be profitable Before the earnings release, I would sell at least 50%.

CVS trading at $90.08 right now, after earnings. Call are $3.04 from $1.12. A decent gain of 234%! :)
