Welcome to this important analysis about a Cryptocurrency (Polkadot) recently reaching the third biggest Cryptocurrency within the Cryptocurrency market by market cap, this is a significant event because there not many Cryptocurrencies holding this place sustainably as the two major Bitcoin and Ethereum are almost unshakable by market cap, now furthermore as I detected Polkadot is showing a strong antyciclical movement to other cryptocurrencies, while many of them moved to the downside or sideways Polkadot made a significant increase to the upside, such an antyciclicallity is highly important to assess also when possibly lining up with arbitrage in the market, therefore I detected all the important levels on the 4-hour chart and how this can continue.

As when looking at my chart now we see there how Polkadot made this strong significant increase to the upside developing this upside impulse where it is holding above the 45-EMA in red and the 35-EMA in black and is now about to develop this meaningful descending-channel-formation with an interesting coherent wave-count within the formation already completing the waves A to D almost in the schedule now with only the last moves within the wave E remaining which will complete the whole wave-count and when this wave E manages to bounce strongly within the blue back-up-cluster marked in my chart to finally breakout above the upper boundary of the formation this will complete the formation as a bull-flag and activate upside-targets with the next impulse emerging as it is marked in my chart, for now, this scenario should be considered and especially when the bull-flag finally fully validates properly this can show up with further great potentials ahead upcoming times.
