In the realm of financial markets, the Interbank Price Delivery Algorithm (IPDA) operates based on a sequential consideration of time and price. Time serves as the initial component that IPDA takes into account, establishing specific time windows within which it will subsequently focus on identifying key price levels, referred to as PD.ARRAYS. This strategic approach follows the principle of prioritizing time before delving into price dynamics.

Within these designated time windows, IPDA orchestrates the manipulation of prices, a process integral to its functionality. The identified time windows are aptly labeled as "KILLZONES" in the trading parlance of Inner Circle Trading (ICT), a term denoting periods of heightened volatility and potential market-moving events.

News events often act as catalysts within these Killzones, driving IPDA to reprice assets to key levels through the initiation of buy/sell programs. Notably, during significant news releases such as Consumer Price Index (CPI), Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) meetings, or Nonfarm Payrolls (NFP) reports, manual intervention becomes a possibility. This involves the manual override of IPDA's normal pricing parameters, a prerogative typically exercised at the level of central banks.

The established Killzones vary across different financial markets and asset classes. In the realm of foreign exchange (FX) trading during the New York time zone (EST), these Killzones are defined as follows:

ASIA: 8 pm - 12 am
LONDON: 2 am - 5 am
NEW YORK: 7 am - 10 am
LONDON CLOSE: 10 am - 12 pm
For futures and cryptocurrency trading, also in the New York time zone (EST), the Killzones are delineated as:

AM SESSION: 8.30 am - 12 pm
PM SESSION: 1.30 pm - 4 pm
Understanding price action is fundamental in IPDA's approach. A swing high is identified as the highest high (middle candle) with a lower high to the left and a lower high to the right. Conversely, a swing low is recognized as the lowest low (middle candle) with a higher low to the left and a higher low to the right. This framework allows IPDA to navigate market dynamics with precision, adapting its strategies based on the observed patterns in price movements.
