Welcome to this update about XRPs H-S-Formation, since the bounce properly occurred from the 1000-EMA and the strong back-up-cluster lying there it fulfilled also the first entry-setup which by the move above the 200-EMA, if you did not see this analysis already I highly recommend it for you to watch to have a full-depth-overview. Now as these steps have shown up XRPUSD is also at the right shoulder forming where it is testing the neckline and when the further alignments show up XRPUSD can unfold the expected potentials finally here, therefore, I detected the next important levels and outcomes we should consider now.

Looking at my chart you can watch the clear bounce with the origin in the magic 1000-EMA and the back-up-cluster now forming the right shoulder, the next times we can expect with a high possibility to emerge this right shoulder which will finally confirm the inverse head and shoulder formation fully and point to the upper targets, this can either happen in the way of a consolidation between the middle-line and the neckline with gaining strength and forming a breakout above the neckline or it will gain the strength in the current level and then move above the neckline with a decisive move. Further ahead this will activate the targets you can watch in my chart at the 0.282 level when this breakout shows up as expected, it is still possible to enter here either aggressively with immediate entry or conservative with entry after confirmation, although the aggressive entry is also possible the conservative will be much smarter as it will show the final confirmational set up with the higher possibility to succeed.

The structure showing once more that technical analysis is empirical which is functioning when it is done right regardless of what academics are stating so often these days that it is all just a random walk, of course, it needs to be done without the speculative edge and illogical approaches.
