The U.S. futures are indicating a positive open on Monday after events in Hong Kong and the UK helped ease global tensions. In Hong Kong, city manager Carrie Lam withdrew the controversial bill that sparked the last few months of violent protesting. Technical: There are two key levels defining the U.S equities at the moment : The demand Level which represents a correction of 10% and created a significant increase of volume when the security settled in and the correction limit which will indicate a recession if broken downside. SPY is expected to move upside with strong supports at those crucial levels.
Advise: Buy SPY with a sell limit @2700.00 (-10.0% Early cut) and @2300.00 (Late cut -23.5%). The investment should be hold at least 2 years with a target aimed at 4000.00 (+30%).
