If the US dollar can continue to strengthen, then we should be looking for further weakness in the pound and other major dollar crosses

BoE Governor Bailey, gave the pension firms until the end of the week to get out of Bonds. This sent the pound lower. The relative strength in the US dollar helped. GBPUSD is sideways
